Western Pacific Broadcast, LLC.

Western Pacific Broadcast is an affiliate of Richland Investments, LLC, a large, privately owned company specializing primarily in real estate investment.

The principals of Western Pacific and Richland Investments formed Richland Towers in the late 1990s and built it into a leading owner, operator and manager of multi-tenant broadcast towers and facilities before selling Richland Towers to a subsidiary of American Tower in the Spring of 2014.  Richland Towers had grown to become the nation’s largest privately owned tall tower company, with facilities located in major markets throughout the United States.  While Richland Towers built many best-in-class towers to assist broadcasters in their signal transition from analog to digital, it is also a large acquirer of towers, including large sale-leaseback transactions for both CBS television and NBC Universal’s “owned and operated” broadcast tower facilities across the nation.
